Plain language: what we collect, why, and who sees it.
When you send a service request or a message
We collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, address, the problem you describe, or your message, and your email if you give one. We use it only to contact you and schedule the work. It is seen by Mills Renovation and nobody else, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers. A scrambled (hashed) version of your network address is kept with the request so we can spot spam; it cannot be turned back into your address.
Visitor counts
This website counts how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can tell whether it is working. It does this without cookies and without storing your IP address. A visit is turned into a one-way code that changes every day, so it can be counted but never followed from one day to the next. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Cookies
The only cookie is a sign-in cookie used by the Mills Renovation team on their private dashboard. Visitors never receive one.
